Man, what a day! Saturday, May 17th, NC Open Gym absolutely erupted for our Fire Alarm comp! Seriously, you guys brought the fire. This power-hour throwdown was no joke, and every single athlete who stepped onto that floor laid it all on the line.

From the very first heat, the energy was insane. We saw some serious grit, folks pushing through those tough WODs, whether they were hitting Rx or Intermediate. Weights were flying, chalk was everywhere, and the cheers were deafening. It wasn't just about who finished first; it was about that collective grind, everyone digging deep and leaving nothing in the tank.

The best part? Seeing our NCOG fam come together. High-fives all around, people screaming for that last rep – that’s what it’s all about. Huge props to everyone who competed and to all who came to cheer. You guys make this community awesome.

Fire Alarm was a straight-up scorcher, and we're already buzzing for the next one!
